Effective Date: Jan 15, 2025
By accessing or using the Curator website (“Site”) and mobile application (“App”) operated by Curator (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or App. These Terms govern your use of our service, whether or not you create an account.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Curator provides a service that allows you to send content from any source—such as social media posts, articles, or manual requests—for us to research and present personalized, optimized information based on that content (e.g., recipes, workout routines, travel recommendations, product reviews).
No Account Required Initially:
You may begin using our service without creating an account. If you send us content via social media or other channels, we will process and display the research results on a personalized webpage.
Account Creation Requirement:
After a certain amount of usage (to be determined), you will be required to create an account to safeguard the personalized content we generate for you and to store your preferences.
Content Integrity:
We do not change, modify, or alter any content you send to us. The content is solely used to understand your request and to extract key details (such as ingredients, instructions, reps, etc.) so that we can present it in the most optimized, user-friendly format. We will reference the original creator when possible; however, due to limitations of some social media APIs, this may not always be feasible.
Optional Registration:
While initial use does not require an account, you may be prompted to create one after reaching the usage threshold described above.
Account Security:
When you do register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security.
Profile Updates:
You may update your personal information through your account settings at any time.
Personal Information:
• When you register, we collect your first name, last name, and email address.
• If you contact us via social media (e.g., direct messages), we may collect your social media username.
Usage Data:
• We use Google Analytics to track basic web traffic data.
Preference Data for Recommendations:
• We collect user preferences (for example, dietary preferences or health conditions) to personalize the research we perform. This data is shared—without any personal identifiers (name, email, etc.)—with third-party language models (e.g., OpenAI) to enhance accuracy.
We use your information to:
• Create and manage your account (if applicable).
• Provide personalized research results and recommendations based on the content you submit.
• Communicate with you via email, including account-related notices and marketing communications (with opt-out options available).
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our service.
Third-Party Services:
We share only non-identifying user preference data with third-party language models (e.g., OpenAI) solely for the purpose of enhancing the research and personalization of our recommendations. For more information, please review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics:
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable data for web traffic analysis.
Security:
We implement reasonable security measures (including password protection and secure data storage) to protect your information.
Retention and Deletion:
If you delete your account or request that your personal data be deleted, your information will be purged from our systems within 30 days.
You may update or delete your information via your account settings or by contacting us at info@trycurator.ai.

User Content:
Any content you send us (e.g., social media posts, articles, or manual research requests) remains your property. We only use this content to extract the information necessary to provide you with personalized research results and recommendations.
Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or to submit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
The Site and App are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Curator does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the research results and recommendations provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed any fees paid by you to access the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and any applicable state law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Our service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI for research purposes, Google Analytics for tracking). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
